Designed to have zero emission and self-sufficient this is the new style of housing for the future generations. Efficient cars alone will not solve current climate problem, but we need to change the way we live.
Now this sounds all exciting, but don't expect to move into these new condos in the ocean tomorrow...unless you are in the top 1%. Leases start from $60,000 a month.
How much change will really be seen with this new style of housing when only the top 1% can afford such a ridiculous price range?
